The kids loved the pull out couch it was comfy for them! The breakfast was good! The lotion and shampoo conditioner combo smells phenomenal! (I just was curious about the smell) I wish there was a little bottle to keep, hehe! Overall, it's was a good stay! Just a few things that were not ok....

The employees went above and beyond! Booking.com hadn’t paid for our stay and I had already paid them. Caused some chaos but the front desk associate let us go to the room while he straightened out the issue. I cancelled my next booking with booking.com because of the issue, this is the second time, but thankful the hotel staff went above for us to get the issue resolved! ALSO, the breakfast was AMAZING & the little old man working it was the sweetest!

The location was great! We also enjoyed the breakfast. My girls were able to enjoy the pool and the snack options provided.

Breakfast was ok, there was a good selection. The bed was great, loved the pillows. Staff was friendly and even asked us how the concert was when we returned. The pool was enjoyable, a little cool but not cold.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, I really appreciated that. We had no issues and everything was great. The Bed and pillows were so comfy and our room was really clean. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was good but the breakfast attendant was the best. Very attentive and had everything organized and clean.

The lady at the front desk was quick, friendly, and informative. We got the queen suite. The rooms were so clean and big. Loves the kitchen and eating area. Nice and quiet but not deserted. The pool was great! Big plenty of towels. Location was perfect! Out of traffic but near everything! It was so welcoming! We didn't make it to breakfast because the kids stayed up way to late, but the set up I saw had a great variety.
